Your image may be collected by T⁴Transparency2022 feat. Cocoa Chadae™ if you are on the premises, create a profile picture on T⁴Transparency2022.com™, app, or attend a digital event. We use CCTV at the office for the protection of staff, visitors and branded merchandise sold. We video the Live streaming of our events and certain content available on our websites (and is also available on social media for certain content, and events) for security reasons. Cameras and microphones recording images and sound for live streaming focus primarily on the guest speaker and T⁴Transparency2022 feat. Cocoa Chadae™ wellness coach but background sound and images may also be captured. Attendees should inform a member of staff if they do not wish to be filmed/recorded.
T⁴Transparency2022 feat. Cocoa Chadae™ digital events and lectures generally display and record only the Hosts’ images and audio. Exceptions include discussions such as round tables, certain panels and seminars. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
